About Vyana
I am an MSc Clinical Psychology student at Royal Holloway, University of London, where I am also completing a dissertation examining attitudes and behaviour in a digital context. I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University, where I developed a strong foundation in psychological theory, research methods, and human behaviour.
Alongside my academic training, I have hands-on clinical experience through my placement at ELOP, an LGBT mental health and wellbeing charity, where I conduct one-to-one assessment sessions and co-facilitate psychoeducational workshops. This experience has sharpened my ability to explain complex psychological concepts in ways that are accessible, engaging and tailored to the individual in front of me.
I am passionate about psychology, sociology and the ways in which social dynamics shape human experience, and I bring that enthusiasm into every session. I hold SafeTALK and LivingWorks START certifications in mental health and suicide awareness, reflecting my commitment to supporting people in a thoughtful, informed and person-centred way.

My approach is fully tailored to each student. I take time to understand how you learn best before we begin, and build sessions around your specific goals, whether that is exam preparation, essay writing, conceptual understanding, or building confidence in the subject.
