About Violet
I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a BA in Physics. My passion lies in helping students explore the fascinating fields of condensed matter physics and materials science. I specialize in crystal structures, band theory, superconductivity, and semiconductors, connecting them to real-world technological applications. My approach focuses on making complex ideas clear and engaging. I guide students in understanding the properties of solids and liquids at a fundamental level. Lessons are built around both theory and practical examples, showing how physics shapes technology. I use relatable analogies and real-life case studies to make learning exciting. My goal is to help students develop both deep understanding and critical thinking skills. With a supportive and encouraging style, I adapt lessons to each learner’s pace and curiosity. Together, we unlock the secrets of materials and discover how they drive innovation in technology.

My teaching approach in physics is practical, engaging, and designed to make complex concepts easy to understand. I focus on topics such as electromagnetism, circuits and current, waves and optics, and introductions to quantum physics. I use clear analogies and interactive simulations to bring abstract ideas to life. Lessons are built around real-world examples that connect theory to everyday life.
I encourage active participation so students develop strong problem-solving skills. Concepts are broken down step-by-step to ensure clarity and confidence. I also integrate relevant applications in engineering and space science to inspire curiosity. Every session is tailored to individual learning needs and goals. I help students strengthen their understanding for exams, assignments, and long-term success.
Through a supportive and motivating environment, I ensure learners are confident in applying physics in practical scenarios. My aim is to guide them toward mastering concepts and excelling in their studies. Every lesson is an opportunity to explore and illuminate the beauty of science.
