About Rosie
I have an MSc in psychology. I have studied psychology for my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and took a special liking to health psychology (creating balance between our physical and mental health), motivational psychology and time management. I think the key to success in these areas is understanding where you are currently at and where you want to be, then making an individual plan to get there. I’m very passionate about helping others improve their lives through teaching valuable practical skills to help them achieve their goals positively impact their lives.

Our first lesson will be dedicated to discussing where you’re at with your motivation and time management skills and working on an individual plan for the areas you may want to learn more about or improve on.
I will use my background and interests in health psychology (creating balance between our physical and mental health), motivational psychology and time management to help you identify goals, make plans to achieve those goals and keep you accountable and supported as you move through your journey. I think the key to success is in understanding where you are, where you want to be, and then making an individual plan to get there.
