About Madhan
I’m a Theoretical Physics MSc student with a background in real-world data science and scientific research. I didn’t always enjoy school—I was frustrated by how often we were told to memorise instead of understand. I teach because I want students to experience what I never did: learning driven by logic, curiosity, and real intellectual challenge. My goal isn’t just to help you pass exams (though we’ll do that too)—it’s to train your brain to think clearly, solve problems, and actually get the subject. No fluff, no jargon, just practical, focused learning that makes sense and sticks.

I teach by cutting out noise and focusing on how things actually work. I don’t rely on rote memorisation—I show students how to break problems down, spot patterns, and think like a scientist. I adapt how I explain things depending on how the student thinks, not just what the textbook says. Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but I’m flexible depending on what needs to get done. I’m currently doing an MSc in Theoretical Physics and have 2 years of professional experience using Python, SQL, and Linux in real scientific research. I’ve worked on machine learning in astronomy and data modelling in medical research, so I bring that real-world insight into my teaching. I tutor GCSE and A-level students in Maths, Physics, and Computing—or anyone who wants to get sharp in STEM thinking, whether for exams or just to get ahead
