As a tutor, I work diligently to ensure that my students understand math on a level they Had never believed to be possible before.

My teaching will be more beneficial than traditional teaching methods for mathematics.
Traditionally, math is taught as a formulaic set of steps that you have to memorize and follow when given a certain situation, without regard to WHY that formula is applied for that purpose.
With my teaching methods, I seek to give student the foundational knowledge of mathematics that they need to be able to derive their own formulas and procedures to solve problems.
So rather than memorizing a set of steps and clues for when to apply the formula. I teach my student how to truly understand math at a conceptual level so it is nolonger a game of memorization. LEARN DONT MEMORIZE!
