I believe in the basics. When you have down the basics everything else will be much easier to understand. I teach all levels of classes. I start my class with 20 to 30 min warm-ups to get the blood flowing. These warms-ups definitely consist of the basics of Martial Arts. Then we will dive in straight to technique and pad work. Finally, we will finish with abs workout or cardio (conditioning ).
I am a college student majoring in Sports Medicine and I have fought 23 times winning 22 of those Muay Thai/Kickboxing. I have taught for 5 years in Muay Thai and Kickboxing. I have taught large classes before but few with private lessons but they all loved it very much. I also have taught fighters of all ages. I like to teach what I love and I wish that martial arts can help you as it has helped me.
