About Peter
As a seasoned Muay Thai practitioner, I have come to realise that the benefits of this martial art extend far beyond the physical realm. While the training has undoubtedly helped me develop strength, agility, and coordination, it has also been an instrumental tool in improving my mental health.
Like many people, I have experienced mental health challenges throughout my life. However, the discipline and structure of Muay Thai training have provided me with a sense of purpose and focus, helping me to manage my mental health and find balance.
If you are considering trying out Muay Thai, I invite you to join me on this journey. As a member of the Kru Muay Thai Association and the World Muay Boran Federation, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the best practitioners in the world. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
In addition to developing physical and mental strength, Muay Thai can also help you build confidence, discipline, and a sense of purpose in your daily life. I encourage you to take the first step and try out our foundation class. With dedication and hard work, you too can achieve success and experience the many benefits that Muay Thai has to offer.
