About Freddie

Hello!
My name is Freddie (he/ him) and I'm a writer, performer and translator originally from Austria. I've spent the last ten years studying and working in London and internationally, and have been tutoring for just as long.
I'm queer, trans and neurodivergent, so whoever you are you and your work will be safe with me.
I really look forward to meeting you!

About the lesson

Each lesson will be individual to you and your needs; are you looking to learn more about how stories work and how to structure your work properly? Or do you want to explore character building, work on creating better dialogue, or flex your creative muscles by venturing into a new form which you've never tried before? Maybe you've already written something and would like feedback, or you started a project but got stuck.
Whatever your needs, we can work on them together.
I have years of experience as a tutor and mentor, and my approach is person-centred and all about your individual needs. As an award-winning essayist, published writer and translator, and off-West End playwright, I'm confident in saying that my expertise spans across many genres, forms and mediums.
