I approach each topic by placing an emphasis on the individual, their body and what feels good. While providing the frame work and instruction needed to flow through my sequences safely, I still always leave room for my students to listen to their body, play and find what feels good for their body and mind. I enjoy incorporating themes into my classes and getting to know my students and their personal goals in order to help encourage and develop sequences that will push them towards what they are aiming to achieve.
I am deeply passionate about health and wellness in all forms. I have always considered myself to be physical active and continually pushing my own personal skills but I discovered and began developing my own yoga practice about six years ago. Since then I have dove head first into my practice, teaching/encouraging others in their own practice and becoming certified as a yoga instructor. On top of my yoga specific experience, I practice meditation regularly, incorporate spirituality into my own life and teaching and am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness.
