About Teresa
My name is Dr. Rinaldi, and I am passionate about helping students thrive through supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. With over a decade of experience teaching both in-person and online, I bring a deep understanding of how to connect with diverse learners in meaningful ways. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of California, Merced, and am certified in public speaking, leadership, coaching, and behavior analysis through the John C. Maxwell Team. As a bilingual educator fluent in English and Spanish (and conversational in Portuguese and Italian), I enjoy creating welcoming environments where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. Throughout my career, I have designed curriculum, taught military personnel, led corporate training, hosted educational events, and coached individuals to reach their goals—always with empathy and excellence at the core. My approach is grounded in professionalism, care, and a genuine belief in each student’s potential. I look forward to learning with you and supporting your success!

I bring a dynamic, culturally responsive, and student-centered approach to every lesson. I specialize in empowering learners through tailored instruction that embraces their unique backgrounds, learning styles, and goals. Whether you're seeking support in language acquisition, public speaking, academic enrichment, or Spanish for your business trip or adventure, this is the right place! Highly experienced with Military personnel as well. Each of my lessons is thoughtfully structured yet adaptable to meet individual needs. We begin with a brief warm-up or review to activate prior knowledge, followed by clear goal setting to establish our learning objectives. The core of the session features interactive and practical instruction—whether it’s through role-playing in language learning, speech coaching, or real-world case studies. Students then engage in guided practice with real-time feedback, and we end with reflection and personalized action steps for continued growth.
