About Cassandra
Hello! My name is Cassandra. I am half Spanish and half American, and I have lived in seven different countries. Because of this, I understand the difficulties and challenges that come with learning a new language or adapting to an environment where you may not fully understand others around you.
My goal is to help you learn Spanish and/or English in a creative, engaging, and supportive way. My background in Psychology has also given me valuable insight into how people learn best. Rather than simply memorizing phrases, I want to help you truly understand and retain the language so that what you learn stays with you for a lifetime!

Teaching Method & Techniques:
I adapt my teaching style to each student’s learning needs by combining patience, conversation practice, structured lessons, and interactive activities. I focus on building confidence, improving communication skills, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Typical Lesson Plan:
A typical lesson includes a quick review of previous material, introduction of new concepts or vocabulary, guided practice through speaking, reading, or writing exercises, and personalized feedback. Lessons are engaging, practical, and tailored to the student’s goals and level.

As a multilingual psychology student and world traveler, I bring cultural awareness, strong communication skills, and an understanding of different learning styles. I strive to make lessons both effective and enjoyable while helping students gain confidence in real-world communication.

I teach English and Spanish for school support, conversational fluency, grammar improvement, travel preparation, and general language learning. Sessions can be personalized for children, teenagers, university students, or adults.
