About Mirianna
I'm a freelance journalist based in London, with experience in print, digital, radio, tv and video journalism. I have a BA (Hons) degree in journalism from City, University of London, and have been working in the industry for around three years. I'm happy to teach students the basics of journalism, in their preferred medium, and help them improve their journalistic skills, by offering professional advice and guidance.

I teach journalism skills by making my students practice the subject. Each session will have practical assignments, such as article-writing, multimedia editing on programmes like Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro, scriptwriting and pitching. I make sure my students develop their own voice and come up with a portfolio of work that they can use when seeking work in the field.
