About Kameryn

I am a singer, guitarist, pianist, and songwriter, and I have been performing around the DFW area in Texas for over six years now. I am pursuing a degree in Audio Production, and I surround myself with music daily. I took vocal lessons for 8+ years, and have a good reputation as a strong female vocalist in DFW. I have taken four semesters of Music Theory, and my teachers have told me that one of my strong points is my ability to explain complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand, fun way. Everyone comes to music with a different background of understanding - I want them to come away feeling like they understand their instrument a little bit better.

About the lesson

I want my students to have fun with what they're doing. I know vocals seem like they aren't all that challenging, but the hardest part is finding healthy singing techniques - so I'll help my students find warm-ups to strengthen their vocal range and stamina and teach them how to use their vocal dynamics, as well. I'll find songs they enjoy so they can apply their knowledge in a fun, enjoyable way. My lessons are for anyone from middle school to high school!
