About Renee
I studied classical piano privately with the same teacher for over twelve years, before joining a jazz band and switching to studying jazz piano and vocals. I have vast experience performing many genres, and am attending Washtenaw Community College to get my music education degree!

My number one goal is for my students to feel comfortable and inspired in my lessons. I tend to use a relaxed teaching style, which allows me to personalize my lessons to each student’s needs. I also love coming up with musical games and rewarding my students by allowing them to pick their song choices!
