About Crystal
"Sound surrounds me from the Italian tradition where I first explored piano, violin, and voice. Over 13 years of experience have refined my approach to building a whole musician.
My degree from the New England Conservatory provides a solid foundation for teaching chord voicing, sight reading, and hand independence. I enjoy working with kids, absolute beginners, teens, and self-taught players who seek better structure. We cover dynamics, expression, sight transposition, scales, arpeggios, and ear training together.
My background emphasizes music theory and accompaniment skills as essential tools for any player. Having guided students from young Suzuki violinists to conservatory hopefuls, I prioritize a comprehensive musical education.
