About Kirsty
I’m a Music graduate with a passion for teaching piano and music theory. I have experience performing and studying a wide range of music, and I love helping students of all ages and levels develop their skills and confidence. I take a supportive and structured approach to lessons, making sure each student feels comfortable, motivated, and challenged in the right way. Whether you’re a beginner starting from scratch, an intermediate player aiming for exams, or an adult returning to piano for fun, I tailor my lessons to your goals and learning style. I’m committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where students can make progress, enjoy music, and feel proud of their achievements.

I offer piano lessons for beginners to intermediate students in London, tailored to each student’s goals and pace. My approach is friendly and supportive, focusing on technique, musical expression, and enjoyment, while also covering music theory and sight-reading where needed. Lessons usually last 30–50 minutes, and I provide clear guidance for practice between sessions. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, including those preparing for ABRSM or Trinity exams, or anyone looking to play for fun. My goal is to help students gain confidence, make progress, and enjoy playing music.
