About Arian
Hi, I'm Arian, and I study Computer Music and Sound Art at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (KUG). Music has been part of my life for many years — I studied composition at Tehran University of Art before moving into electronic music and digital sound art. Today I work mainly with Ableton Live and SuperCollider, and I'm especially interested in sound design, synthesis, experimental electronic music, and the connection between music and technology. As a musician and composer, staying curious and constantly trying out new approaches matters a lot to me — and that's the mindset I want to bring to teaching too. You don't need any prior experience — what matters more is that you're excited to make music and develop your own ideas. I'm looking forward to working on your music together with you!

I offer individual lessons in electronic music, Ableton Live, and music production. I study Computer Music and Sound Art at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (KUG), and I work intensively with electronic music, composition, sound design, and digital music systems. Alongside my studies, I regularly work with Ableton Live and SuperCollider, and develop my own electronic instruments and interactive music systems. Lessons aren't just about which buttons to press in Ableton. I also want to help you understand why something works, and how to bring your own ideas to life — both technically and musically. Depending on your interests, we can focus on things like arrangement, sound design, synthesis, effects, mixing, sampling, MIDI, creative workflows, or electronic composition. Lessons are tailored to your level and goals — whether you're just starting out with Ableton or already have experience and want to go deeper. Lessons are hands-on: we work directly in your (or my) Ableton session, and you leave each lesson with concrete techniques and some homework to practice before the next one.
