About Julio
As a teacher I have an experience of approximately 20 years. I have taught in all kinds of institutions, private and public schools, music academies, higher conservatories and private classes. Lately I have trained and prepared several students for admission exams in higher conservatories, of 22 students 21 have passed the entrance exam.

I am a musician by profession with a specialty as a double bass instrumentalist, both classical and jazz. I have taught classes at all levels, from children to the higher conservatory (Navarra). My method is very dynamic and interactive (always playing!), I like to explain technical and musical details by doing them, the visual example is essential in my classes, therefore, it is important that both the student and I have an instrument. In the theoretical subjects I use practical and simple methods with clear examples.
