About Elaine
I am a flautist (working towards my licentiate now). I've played for the Johannesburg Youth Orchestra Company, Unisa Wind Ensemble and have worked with the South African National Youth Orchestra as well. I've been giving private lessons for the past 3 years now.

My teaching method starts by getting to know the student at our first lesson. Then getting to know whether the have some knowledge of the theory on a general sense. If not, then we begin with basics, then leading to building up on the grades also in relation to which instrument they would be interested in.
