exercises- this is the part of the lesson that builds the techniques and tools to get you where you want to go!
song- it is so important to take the tools you're learning and apply them to a favorite song. This is a wonderful way to measure progress, and you will love what you hear!
cool down- we review what you have learned, set reachable goals you can achieve on your own during the week, and give out the gold stars and high fives for a job well done!
