About Jane
I am a freelance sound designer with a background in Music Technology and Film who specialises in creating soundtrack for films, but also to create music tracks using various different DAWs and plugins. Having experience in both, I can teach beginners who have an interest in becoming a music producer, composer or sound designer on how to use software, techniques with mixing, basics of composition, music theory, and other related subjects!

Have you always wanted to make your own music or be able to use software to create your own sounds? I cover technical basics on using software such as Logic, Pro Tools, Garageband and Cubase etc., using MIDI and virtual instruments, sampling, mixing and mastering. My course will be personalised to the goals that you are hoping to achieve, whether if you are a beginner or a novice in music/audio production, or if you are working in multimedia and would like to brush up your knowledge on sound. It would be great if you already have an idea of what software you want to learn how to use, if not I am also happy to advice on which one will suit you best!
