About Angela
I am a singer and guitarist. I was a voice performance major in college and studied classical music. However, my roots lie in bluegrass, southern gospel, and the older country classics. I have been playing guitar since before I was big enough to hold a guitar and have been giving lessons on and off for over 20 years.

I teach rhythm guitar which is open chords and strumming. I also like to include music theory in my lessons so that I can help my students learn how to read music. I try to tailor my lessons to each student so that we are spending time working towards the goals that they have for themselves. For those who are looking to study voice, I focus on technique, learning how to properly use and take care of their voice, as well as vocal style.
