About Paul

I am a current independent school Director of Music and former Scots Guards musician. I am a pianist, guitarist and organist. I currently perform regularly, playing classical and jazz piano, guitar and pipe organ. I am also Assistant Director of Music in a Protestant church. I have taken beginners from zero to grade 8 in under 18 months. I have also taught advanced level piano for Durham University. My lessons are aimed at the most motivated students regardless of age.

About the lesson

The highest quality piano, guitar and pipe organ lessons provided by a highly qualified, talented Director of Music with 40 years performing and 30 years teaching experience. Lessons can be delivered online or in person. Students can follow ABRSM, Trinity and Rock school syllabi. I am qualified with a Music Degree, several diplomas, a teaching qualification and have experience teaching from beginner to beyond diploma level. My lessons are aimed at students of any age who wish to pursue Music of any genre in a serious and studious manner. Classical, Jazz, improvisation and Pop music are covered. Lessons are only for the dedicated at £60 per hour with a minimum of 30 minute sessions.
