About Tanya
I am a passionate and certified yoga teacher with a Master's degree from Patanjali, a diploma in yoga from DAVV, and a 200-hour YTTC certification from Rishikesh. I also hold a one-year diploma in Acupressure. I have been teaching yoga online for over a year and love helping students feel healthier, calmer, and more confident through yoga.
