About Annahid
My name is Annahid SH, and I am a self-taught artist, teacher, and founder of ColorCathedral LLC — a space where art becomes a vessel for healing, beauty, and soulful expression. I’ve spent over 30 years learning through my own mistakes, experimenting, failing, growing, and finding truth in the process. Through all those years, I discovered that there is no right or wrong in art — only laws that help us give form to what lives in our hearts. Art, to me, is about layering emotion, memory, and spirit until the canvas reflects who we truly are. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern spirit, my work explores light, movement, and the sacred stories we carry within. I paint with intention and guide others to do the same — inviting each student to peel back their own layers, embrace their uniqueness, and express themselves freely. At ColorCathedral, you won’t just learn techniques — you’ll remember the joy of creating from the deepest parts of your soul.

I believe the canvas is a space where art becomes a vessel for healing, beauty, and soulful expression. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern spirit, my work explores light, emotion, and the sacred stories we carry within. I paint with intention and invite others to discover their own creative voice, one brushstroke at a time.
