I teach Asana, pranayama and meditation.practice start with joint rotation.than cat cat pose variation and some sitting pose streching Asana. then 4 rounds of classical Surya namaskar and balancing and bending pose.Then prone position and supine pose Asana..then 5 mins of deep Relaxation technique.5 to 15 min for pranayama and meditation.
