About Elise
Hi! My name is Elise and I am a grade 10 student in high school. I have been studying music for the past five years, and I have had lots of experience with ensembles such as orchestras and choirs, along with solo performances. I am currently a level five in the Royal Conservatory of Music and I am very willing to take beginner students who maybe have no background musical experience or just want to start learning the violin.

I teach violin online, which can seem like it would not work. I am here to tell you, it does! That is actually how I began on the violin. My methods are completely personalized to the student, and I can teach a more rigorous every week type of learner or I can teach someone who just wants to learn once in a while. I generally teach either classical or folk music, but I am open to more music styles!
Lesson plans generally include warm ups, some technical exercises, and then we will work on a specific piece. This ensures that the student will have the foundations needed to study the violin at a higher level later on.
Lessons are available for anyone who would like to begin learning the violin!
