About Emma
It was not long ago at all that I myself was a student. I deeply understand the stress and pressure involved in this time of life and feel very passionately about teaching the techniques I have truly tried and tested. They worked wonders for me and I would love to pass these on to the next generation of students so they can excel and reach their potential.

I provide a variety of different tutoring services - whether that be encouraging an A student to reach that A* and apply to Russell Group universities or helping students believe in themselves and pass the exams they are petrified of. I achieved 2A*'s and an A in History, Biology and Geography at A level, and subsequently a degree in History. I also have plenty of experience tutoring my brother (who has ADHD and Autism) and other family friends. So I can support both perfectionists and those with a tendency to get distracted. I take a friendly, professional and encouraging approach and will always tailor my lesson plans and methods of teaching to each individual student. Typical lesson length will be one hour weekly but I am more than happy to adjust this to each person (for example, if you do get easily distracted, maybe shorter more frequent lessons are easier).
