About Kathryn
I’m 19 and doing a bachelor’s degree of zoology at the University of Lincoln, I have many hobbies ranging from active ones to indoorsy ones, I have 2 dogs that may make an appearance while we tutor which can make it feel more relaxed and comfortable. I did DofE through to gold and I have been awarded with the Lincoln award from my university for outstanding employability skills. I also have autism and love to plan and write notes from my lectures I’m a bit of a nerd and love reading about animals and nature as well as learning about many subjects! :))

I teach students based on their academic level and what they need to learn either for their next academic year or exam, I will tailor their learning to how they learn best through either visuals or text or a step by step process. I understand sometimes they just need to be taught a different way to learn and understand. I’ll also do exam style questions so they can get used to it so it’s less scary when it comes to an exam whether it’s GCSE’s or SAT’s or A-levels. I will also give “brain breaks” so it feels less stressful and like a lot of information at once that will just go over their head.
