About Luna
I am Luna Melissa, a former age-group qualifier and certified assistant coach. My lessons are patient, attentive, and built around your upcoming meet or race goals. You will receive a short underwater clip every few weeks. I am encouraging, reliable, and genuinely proud when your effort turns into faster times. Your stroke efficiency and race confidence matter most to me.

I observe your shoulder roll and breath pattern during a fifty-yard warm-up before offering feedback. A typical session includes dry-land tubing, kickboard drills for ankle flexibility, pull buoy work for body position, descending pace intervals, and flip turn practice off each wall. My specialty is reducing drag and smoothing out choppy breathing. My students include 4‑ to 14‑year‑old club swimmers, middle school team members, summer league first-timers, and adults training for fitness or triathlons.
