About My Lessons Teaching Method & Approach:
I focus on building a dancer’s foundation through clear technique and safe conditioning. My approach emphasizes alignment, strength, and control while also addressing individual needs. I give precise corrections and explain not only what to adjust, but why it matters, so dancers gain a deeper understanding of their own movement.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Each session begins with a warm-up designed to prepare the body and prevent injury. From there, we move into targeted technique work tailored to the dancer’s goals, whether that’s improving consistency in turns, refining extensions, or developing overall strength and stamina. Conditioning exercises are integrated throughout to support healthy, sustainable training.
What Sets Me Apart:
I combine technical precision with a supportive, individualized approach. I work closely with dancers to identify their strengths and challenges, creating exercises that are specific to their needs rather than a “one size fits all” method. My goal is to help dancers not only perform movements correctly, but also understand how to train smarter and prevent injury. Who the Lessons Are For My private lessons are open to dancers of all ages, and beginner-intermediate level dancers who want to strengthen their technique, improve consistency, and feel more confident in their dancing.
