About Shubhisethi
Hi, I'm Shubhi. I'm in my penultimate year of a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance and Information Systems, and I've spent the past three years tutoring students in Years 2–9, both one-on-one and in group classes of up to 10 children.
I started tutoring because I remember how much difference one patient explanation could make when a topic wasn't clicking. That's still what I aim for in every lesson: breaking concepts into manageable steps, working through examples together and building up to the point where a student can tackle a question on their own.

I break concepts into small steps, work through examples together, then build up to independent practice, keeping everything aligned with the NSW syllabus so it supports what students are doing at school. Lessons run between 60-120 minutes and my focus is on building confidence and good study habits, not just marks. I have over 3 years of experience across Years 2–9, both one-on-one and in group classes of up to 10 children.
