About Bogdan
I am a 2019 nanotechnology engineering graduate from the University of Waterloo who has just come back from a life changing globe-trotting experience. I visited over 15 countries after I graduated in Europe, Asia and Oceania and am now back home looking for full time work. In the meantime I would like to give back and help students with the knowledge I gained throughout the course of my undergrad, whether it be from the course work or the two years of work experience I gained throughout my degree. I've worked in such fields as the battery industry, the photonics industry and the thin-film deposition industry. All have helped me learn how to apply the knowledge I gained from school to the real world. All in all, I believe I have the skills required to be of great aid to high-school students from both an academic perspective and a mentorship perspective.

I believe in the case of online tutoring the best methodology to adopt is that of an interactive/participative one. I always find having a detailed discussion is the best way to really understand material instead of somebody just speaking at you. The student knows best what areas he/she needs to focus on for their course-work and I am there to provide knowledge and feedback to them in those areas.
