I am a dynamic personal trainer certified by the national academy of sports medicine (NASM) with almost 7 years of experience in the fitness industry working with clients of all ages. I take a compassionate science-based approach to training with a strong sense of accountability. I have been through a major fitness transformation and now find joy in helping others do the same!

I work with you to evaluate and set measurable goals for your fitness then build fitness & nutritional plans to help you crush those goals. Our sessions can be used one of two ways; we can meet for check-ins where we talk about your struggles and wins, answer any questions you may have, make any needed adjustments, or we can meet for virtual workout sessions with no equipment needed. I have experience in a variety of training modalities and personal experience with just about every phase of the fitness journey!
