My 6 year old takes lessons from Julia Holt. She loves it and feels more confident after the session

Julia demonstrated exceptional professionalism during the lesson with my 8 year old granddaughter. Her ability to connect with her was instant! My granddaughter was a little nervous, but Julia in less than an hour had her skating on the big floor! We cannot wait for the 2nd one hour lesson!

Julia was fantastic! At 42 years old, it can be a bit embarrassing to do something new (or again…. That you’ve forgotten)
I’m (re)learning for a Special Event and thought hey, like riding a bike!!! .. but nope it’s been over 30 years and let’s be honest I don’t have a back or knees (or fearlessness) like I did when I was a kid. I wasn’t sure I even bought the right skates! She checked those as well, guided me on how she’d help adjust them, and was very reassuring.
She was patient, understanding, and so fun to work with!!
I never once felt embarrassed (she actually encouraged me to go slow, make a mistake, “that’s how you learn what to do when I’m not around!”)
She made me feel a trillion times more comfortable and reaffirmed the trust in myself that I could be successful.
I highly encourage anyone (of any age!! Or skill level to work with her!)

Julia is an excellent coach. She teaches my son and I skating. She has wonderful teaching skills. Julia is quite patient and she is very good with kids. I recommend Julia.

I took the training class for Julia for my 6 yr old daughter for fundamentals.
Right way , after the class first, we saw improvements. She is good teacher and now my daughter take class every week

I took private lessons here with Julia, and she’s great. Before my lesson I felt like a baby Giraffe on skates. She was able to point out small things that I would have never noticed that improved my skating. I definitely plan on taking more lessons with her.

My girls took private lessons from Julia Holt. One is a very new beginner and the other a bit more intermediate. They both enjoyed their lessons and improved greatly! Whenever we return to Dallas area, we will definitely schedule additional lessons with Julia! My 16 year old wanted help focusing on techniques she was unable to get by herself. By the end of the lesson, she had mastered everything she wanted to, plus a few extra techniques also. Highly recommend!

Julia is open, friendly, and very passionate about her teaching. Extremely experienced in a vast array of gear and techniques. I definitely recommend!

I’m 6 weeks into lessons and could not be more satisfied with the experience. I saw my confidence levels increase almost immediately after my first couple of sessions with Julia. She is very patient and you can tell how passionate she is about skating. I’ve been bragging about my lessons since they begun and have shared her info with anyone interested in improving their skills. Julia is definitely the way to go!

I reached out to Julia to learn the basics of inline skating so I can skate recreationally outdoors for exercise and fun. I am 31 years old and a little hesitant to pick up a new sport like this. My goals were to learn how to safely skate forwards, backwards, turn, and safely stop. She was such a great teacher and I look forward to continue learning more skills from her! She tailored each of our lessons to help meet my needs. Thanks Julia!

Julia is A-MAZ-ING!!!!! New to skating or looking to improve your skills…you won’t find a better teacher! My daughter Zoe (7yrs old) knew nothing when she started group skate lessons earlier this year. After just 1 private lesson with Julia she was skating with confidence and ease. Zoe was glowing with pride. Julia even gave us written notes to continue working on. After Zoe’s 2nd private lesson with Julia she showed great improvement on her backwards bubbles and even threw in some new cool tricks I would highly recommend Julia for private lessons!!!

Julia has been teaching my daughter how to skate for over a year now and it's amazing how my much my little one has learned from her. She is more than an instructor to my daughter. She understands when my daughter is sick and always remember about Prie's peanut allergy when giving out snacks. Anyone who needs a skating lesson would be lucky to have Julia as an instructor. She the best.

Julia is a phenomenal instructor. She’s patient, understanding, and great with children. She does a great job working with beginner skaters teaching them various skills while skating!
