Liam’s father here. I’ve studied mathematics to a fairly advanced level, and I can confidently say that Liam is exceptional for his age. He has a genuine passion not only for learning maths, but also for teaching it.

Outside school, he dedicates a lot of his time to improving his skills—working through challenging problems, reading extensively, and preparing for entry into top schools. We often challenge each other for fun on university-level material, such as ESAT-style questions, and he consistently outperforms me by a wide margin.

What stands out most is his enthusiasm for tackling difficult problems and his ability to explain solutions clearly and simply. He has a natural talent for making complex ideas accessible to others.

Liam is my son but our Maths lessons are a bit backwards: he's the one teaching me!
He is passionate about Maths and it's contagious! He managed to make me care about integrals and vectors, among other things, which is no small feat.
Liam is always patient and answer all my questions happily (I love asking questions). He is good at explaining and finds different ways to explain things if they are not understood the first time.
Liam is also often teaching Maths to his dad and his little brother, and has been in a habit of helping his peers at school since primary school (in his classes, and in the Maths club he co-created in secondary school).
Liam is a fun, responsible and motivated boy who is the biggest supporter of his students. Once he starts teaching them, he'll do everything he can to help them reach their goals.
