About Sara
PGDE Secondary Biology with Science and in school experience of teaching across S1-S6.
Before becoming a teacher, I completed a Bachelors degree in Anatomy, a Masters in Medical Visualisation and a MPhil in Biomedical Engineering and Rehabilitation Science. I have lots of tutoring experience both at high school and university undergraduate level.

I use a range of teaching strategies to provide engaging and impactful lessons tailored to the needs of each learner. Through using questioning and relevant activities, I ensure learner understanding and can address any misconceptions or learning needs quickly.
I like to make what I am teaching relatable to every day life so that it is engaging for my students. I apply inquisitive approaches where I work alongside my students to reach a strong understanding of curricular areas. I have a wealth of resources and exam-style questions that will ensure a solid grasp of the subject.
