I am Jigisha, a dedicated yoga practitioner and former national-level gymnast with a passion for health, movement, and mindful living. Over the years, I have honed my skills through practice, competition, and continuous learning. I believe fitness is not just about strength, but also balance, flexibility, and mental well-being. My goal is to inspire and guide students to embrace yoga as a lifestyle, helping them unlock their potential both physically and mentally.

About the lesson

Advanced yoga, and gymnastics too, I'm also young so I know how to take classes in a joyful manner, you can have classes and you'd definitely gonna love the way I teach yoga, improve your flexibility and mobility and hand balance too
