About Ronald
In my career, I've taught over 5000 students. My students have allowed me to make an impact within their basic learning as well as the careers (doctors, lawyers, engineers, entertainers, teachers, etc.) that they have chosen. As a 2008 Inductee of the National Teachers Hall of Fame, I realized that the relationships that I've established among hundreds of students enriched my life. I believe that teaching is more than the sharing of knowledge. Quality education impacts the lives of the "whole student" and inspires one to transform personal dreams into reality. The gift of teaching is one that elevates each and every generation.

Teaching has been my passion for the past 40 years. I've tutor students from middle to collegiate level. My approach is to understand the needs of the individual student and gain a true understanding of the individual's learning style. My lesson plans integrates all disciplines ( ELA, history, civics, music, etc.). My lessons utilize relevant and real life applications of concepts to be mastered. I believe that all students can learn when inspired. One of my greatest assets is the gift of motivation. My success is predicated on my ability to meet students where they are.
