About Sonja
I am a rhythmic gymnastics national team athlete with years of high-level training experience in flexibility, strength development, and body conditioning. Through my athletic career, I have developed strong technical knowledge of safe stretching methods, muscle activation, posture control, and injury prevention.
I am CPR certified and have coaching experience working with students of different ages and ability levels. I focus on creating a patient, supportive, and structured learning environment where students can build confidence while improving their physical abilities.
Having trained internationally, I am comfortable teaching students from diverse backgrounds. Lessons are available in English, French, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Lessons focus on flexibility, safe stretching technique, muscle activation, and body control tailored to each student’s level and goals. Training sessions are designed to improve mobility, strength, posture, and injury prevention, whether for rhythmic gymnastics, dance, or general physical conditioning.
As a rhythmic gymnastics national team athlete with CPR and coaching certification, I emphasize correct technique, patience, and a supportive learning environment. Each lesson is personalized, allowing students to progress safely and confidently at their own pace.
Instruction is available in English, French, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Students of all ages and experience levels are welcome.
