About Marina
Hi, I’m a native English speaker from Australia with a Russian-speaking background.
I am fluent in Russian, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. I grew up speaking Russian at home and English in everyday life, which allows me to understand both languages naturally. Because of this, I can clearly explain English in a simple and practical way that makes sense for Russian speakers.
I focus on helping students build confidence and communicate naturally in real-life situations. My goal is to make English feel less like studying and more like actually using the language.

- Practising real-life conversations (daily life, work, social situations)
- Fixing common mistakes Russian speakers make in English
- Helping students stop translating and start thinking in English
- Building natural, confident speech through consistent speaking practice
Lessons are adapted to each student’s level, from beginners who know very little English to more advanced learners who want to sound more natural and fluent.
This is best suited for Russian speakers who want to use English confidently in real situations, not just understand it in theory.
