I'm a native-born Chinese speaker with standard Mandarin and a Level 2A Mandarin Proficiency Certificate — the official credential for near-native pronunciation and grammar. I've spent years teaching Chinese to foreign learners, from complete beginners to advanced students preparing for HSK. My approach as a tutor
I teach Chinese the way people actually speak it — through real conversation, not rote memorization. Every lesson starts with a quick review, then moves into guided dialogue and situational practice, and ends with a short recap of what you can now do. I correct gently and explain the why behind each rule, so you build instinct, not just knowledge. What sets me apart is that I'm a native-born speaker with standard Mandarin and a Level 2A certificate, and I've spent years helping foreigners get past the "textbook wall" into natural, confident speech. My lessons are for beginners through intermediate learners — university students, professionals, and anyone preparing for HSK or simply wanting to talk with Chinese friends, colleagues, or family.
