About Manar

My name is Manar, and I'm a dedicated, native Spanish tutor who focuses on helping students feel confident using Spanish in real-life situations, not just on paper. I spent over 10 years learning Spanish in Spain, which gave me both strong academic skills and a natural understanding of the language and culture.

I achieved A* grades in both GCSE and A-level Spanish in the UK and have experience tutoring students of different ages and levels online, helping them improve their grades and speaking confidence. I take a clear, structured, and supportive approach to every lesson, adapting my teaching style to match each student’s goals and learning pace.

My aim is to create a professional and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making progress, and seeing real results from every session.

About the lesson

¡Hola! My tutoring approach is friendly, structured, and highly personalised to each student’s goals and learning style. I believe the best way to learn Spanish is through a balance of clear explanations, active practice, and real-life communication, so my lessons focus on building confidence as well as accuracy.

All my lessons are delivered online through Zoom and typically last 60 minutes, giving students enough time to revise previous content, learn something new, and practise using it in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.

My teaching methodology:
I start by identifying what the student already knows and what they want to improve. I then introduce new vocabulary or grammar in a clear and visual way, followed by guided practice, such as short exercises, speaking prompts, and real-life scenarios. I always finish with a recap and optional homework to help reinforce progress between lessons.

I have over 10 years of experience learning Spanish in Spain and achieved A* grades in both GCSE and A-level Spanish in the UK. I have also tutored students of different ages and levels online, helping them improve their academic performance and confidence in using Spanish.

My lessons are mainly for beginners and intermediate learners, including school students and anyone who wants to build a strong foundation, improve their speaking skills, or gain confidence for exams, travel, or everyday communication.
