About Vivian

Hi, I am Vivian. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Melbourne. I have been living in Guangzhou, China for over 20 years. I got my bachelor in China and enjoyed lots of activities in Chinese, including broadcasting, hosting, public speaking and debate. I always enjoyed my Chinese courses and got an excellent score. I love Chinese books, poems, music and culture.

I want to help more international friends to get to know about this beautiful and wonderful language and let more people know about everything that you are curious about in China. I am also looking forward to hearing more interesting ideas about this language. Let's dig into the world of Mandarin together.

Hi! I am a native Chinese speaker that was born and grew up in China. I am currently a PhD student at University of Melbourne in Melbourne.

[My Experience]
️Standard Pronunciation and Excellent Spoken Chinese. I achieved Level 2-A in the National Mandarin proficiency Test (Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi) and have several years of experience in broadcasting and hosting.
️Extensive Vocabulary, including classical Chinese (文言文), daily conversation and professional vocabulary across every field. I achieved high score in Chinese courses, and developed a deep interest in Chinese literature, reading and writing.
️Variable Application and Perfect Tutoring. I am good at Chinese speech (including 2nd place at a provincial-level competition) and I am also an excellent Chinese debater (winning awards at international competitions). I used to coach Chinese students in public speaking and presentation. I keep teaching Chinese students in debate. I have extensive experience in tutoring and can support your speaking, listening, writing and reading in different applications with the best logic and ability.
