About Heemy

I’m a recent graduate currently exploring different part-time opportunities while enjoying meeting new people along the way. I truly enjoy helping others learn my native language — Chinese is a beautiful and expressive language, and I love sharing it.

Outside of teaching, I work as a bartender, and I’m passionate about fitness and travelling. I have a wide range of interests and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds, which makes my lessons friendly and relaxed.

I like to keep my lessons relaxed, friendly, and encouraging. Learning Mandarin should feel fun and comfortable!

We’ll focus on practical conversation and confidence, and I’ll always adjust to your pace. My goal is to help you feel relaxed, supported, and proud of your progress.

You’re welcome to choose any topics you like, and we can treat our lessons like a chat between friends rather than a traditional class. I want you to feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident while learning.
