About Cheng

I’m a native Chinese teacher with a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language and over 8 years of international teaching experience. I have taught students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced learners, in Italy and Kenya. I believe learning Chinese should be fun, engaging, and stress-free. In my classes, I create a supportive and relaxed environment where students feel confident to speak, make mistakes, and improve step by step. I am passionate about helping each student reach their personal goals—whether for exams, work, travel, or simply curiosity about Chinese language and culture. With my experience and professional training, you can be confident in your learning journey with me.

About the lesson

Learning Chinese with me is all about feeling comfortable, confident, and motivated. I believe language learning should be fun, so in my classes you will practise through games, role plays, simple conversations, and cultural stories. This way, you can learn step by step without pressure. Every student is unique, so I always adjust the lessons to your goals—whether you’re a beginner just starting out, a student preparing for exams, or an adult who wants to improve speaking skills. Most lessons last about 60 minutes, but I’m flexible if you prefer shorter or longer sessions. I teach kids, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to advanced level. With a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese and over 5 years of international teaching experience, I know how to make learning both effective and enjoyable. Let’s learn Chinese together in a relaxed and happy way!
