About Español

Hi! I'm Cami, a Colombian journalist and Spanish teacher.

My style? Warm, patient, and as Latina, very charismatic, so we'll have fun, but we'll also focus and get things done. I'm deeply proud of my Colombian roots and love bringing the culture, the music, and the stories into every class.

And living abroad has only deepened that passion. I know firsthand how challenging and exciting it is to navigate a new language and culture, so I create a space where you can laugh, make mistakes, ask anything, and actually enjoy the process.

Because to me, teaching Spanish isn't just about the language, it's a way to see the world.

About the lesson

I'm a native Spanish speaker, and from the very first class, my goal is to make Spanish feel clear, natural, and connected to your real life. Classes are conducted in Spanish, with English as our bridge when we need it.

My classes are creative and immersive. Grammar isn't a list to memorize but it shows up naturally, exactly when you need it, as a tool to help you communicate better. We work through real situations, culture, music, everyday conversations, and materials built around your world.

Every lesson is adapted to your level, interests, and goals. Whether you're learning Spanish for travel, work, relationships, or simply because you love the language or the culture, we'll get there step by step, at your own pace.

Less classroom, more lifestyle — because yes, life is more "chévere" in Spanish.
