About Erica
Hi! I am Erica from Portland, Oregon. I am a mother of 3 wonderful children who are fluent in Japanese and English. I have been volunteering at their language immersion schools since 2012. I have also been a caregiver for many years now. I thought a career change to teaching online would allow me some freedom to travel now that my kids are older. I love to travel. I love food and architecture and learning about other cultures. I would love to help others achieve their language learning goals.

I use videos, music learning and lots of conversation practice in my lessons. I like to have fun and try different ways of learning to see what sticks with each individual. I focus mainly on beginner to intermediate English and conversational flow.
