About Melani
Hello, my name is Melani! I am currently a college student and I have a passion for helping others and spreading kindness to strangers. English is my first language, and I have taken many college courses that analyze the literature and grammar of the language. I highly recommend having a session with me if you are nervous or embarrassed to speak with a native. I will always be professional and kind to students. I am determined to build confidence within you and improve your ability to speak English!

Hello, I am Melani!
The student may choose how they are most comfortable learning. I can provide lessons that focus on verbal communication, writing, pronunciation, expanding vocabulary, common phrases, and much more.
I will come prepared with a very basic lesson plan that is altered based on each student's needs and wants. If the student is unsure on what they'd like to practice, then I will determine an area that needs improvement through my own judgment!
I am a native English speaker who has completed college courses in grammatical English and analyzing literature. My mother is a Colombian immigrant, so I am extremely comfortable and familiar with accents and differing levels of English speaking. Unfortunately, I speak Spanish on a beginner level and I am unable to have in-depth conversations in that language despite my heritage.
I am open to all levels of English speaking.
