About Andrew
Native English teacher with 8 years experience teaching all levels, all ages (kids to adults) and all types of classes: general English, exam English (Cambridge, IELTS & Trinity), business English and practical English. Experienced with groups and individuals. Also a Cambridge examiner for Key, Preliminary, First & CAE. Lived in Spain for 5 years and now living in Italy, so I particularly understand some of the challenges that students from these countries face, as well as topics of interest for them.

I use a communicative, student-centered approach. This means I maximize student talking time and put your needs at the heart of our lessons. I want you to know that our lessons will be structured around your learning objectives, because these are always unique to the individual. Once I know your learning objectives, I will work to make you a confident speaker by working on all aspects of your English, because they all compliment and help each other. Moreover, I utilize a range of fun and interactive resources (videos, articles, games, songs etc.) to engage my students.
